    Blackstone management is the community association managers in *****************. I don't know what they do for my community I am sure what ever it is it's hopefully worth the ***$ dollars a year I pay. this year I got my letter as normal in the mail. I take fault with paying it late they contacted me by phone and I said I apologize. they did not mention collections and said they are where happy I had a plan to pay it. I said I would pay it right away and they said no problem at all. I sent the money via my online banking thought that was the end of it. then I received a letter from a law office saying I was needing to pay ****$ for legal fees processing of the money fees and the outstanding balance of my community association fees. I should have been charged a late fee not sent to a law office as I did say I was paying right away. I was not told over the phone about the legal trouble I could be in. I was not offered a payment plan or a date to extend. was not told to call back if I had issues paying the bill. when I looked at my bank account I had made an error and sent it to my town fees not Blackstone. I called Blackstone and they said over the phone we can't do anything for you it's been sent to collections. it's incredibly aggressive to send me to collections over ***$. late payment on my taxes is less then **$. I felt I they were quick to send me to a law office without any communication. all thought they did send letters. they called and knew I was sending the money as that's what I said I would do. there was no follow up to this conversation to ask if there was a issue or if a payment plan would be helpful. I was sent to a law office where I paid well in excess of a late fee. it's incredibly aggressive route to take. I work with a rental company where people have ***+ of outstanding money I set up payment plans. charging them more on money they are clearly having a hard time paying vie a law office is threatening and I think is a over reach

    Blackstone Property Management *** manages the ****************************** in ******************************* on behalf of the ***** of ********** An encumbrance is registered against all properties in the community requiring each homeowner to pay an annual fee to fund the associations operations and care for the community assets. There is an annual charge of $**+GST that is due Jan 1st of each year.
