Every single person we interacted with showed up right on time, and they were consistently friendly and professional.What truly set them apart was their dedication to understanding the unique needs of our older home. They didn't just offer a generic solution; they took the time to meticulously assess our situation and came up with an amazing approach. Their plan ensures we'll stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer, all while allowing our house to breathe naturally to prevent any issues with rot or mold.The entire team conducted themselves with such genuine care and respect throughout the entire process. It was truly a refreshing experience. We would absolutely hire Comfort Home Insulation again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch insulation services!

    Bungalow built in 1960s had Woodchip insulation with ****** on top. R value of about *****. We hired Comfort Home to remove old insulation, repair and seal any vapour barrier or spots that needed it. Our job was very labour intensive and took two days. Removal of old insulation in one day and cleaned up before leaving. Next day was sealing and cellulose blown in. Also labour intensive and cleaned up before leaving. ***** and her team having communicated all aspects of the work and showed progress and took pictures during and at completion. We hired ***** and her team due to very positive reviews. They did not disappoint. Hiring a smaller company in my mind was important to get hands on quality work and to support local business. The Big outfits were $4-5k more and with terrible reviews. I recommend Comfort Home for anyone with hesitation about this kind of work. Communication and Quality were top notch and gladly gave 5 Star reviews. Dont bother with others here, just hire *****!
