    I have been dealing with ***************************** who is with Alpine Insurance in ********. The phone number there is ************. I am contacting your business because I cannot find a company by that name to file a complaint within ******** *******. My policy number is *********. My husband and I called ****** at the beginning of June to ask about ways to decrease our insurance costs. At that time she gave no indication that she was not going to be available or able to return my calls. She said that she would call us back and that has not occurred. ****** has always called back and had great ideas. We have heard nothing from her and it is now June **th. I have called the number above again twice asking for ****** and not once has ****** returned my phone call nor was I told that she would never be available. I am assuming that if she is not working there anymore but I am just told to leave a message. I would assume then that Alpine or Intact would refer me to another adjustor and that has not happened. I have never before received such poor service from Alpine or Intact insurance in the more than 20 years I have been with this company. This is absolutely unacceptable and must be addressed immediately. Please have someone call my number at ************ and have an adjustor talk to me about my insurance and ways to decrease the costs. This is an extremely unprofessional and an extremely poor way to run a business. If she does not work there or is away I do not need to know the reason I waited because she promised to call back. That did not happen. However, someone needs to be up front and tell me that she is not my adjustor anymore and I need to deal with someone else. I am now looking at other insurance companies. Regardless this is unacceptable service given how many years I have been at Alpine and Intact and this must be addressed with the company. I expect a quick response to this complaint.

    I made the bill payment for my house insurance, and then all of a sudden I had a cancellation notice for Non-Payment. I have even shown them 2 different proof of payment and they still refused and cancelled for Non-payment. Now when insurance companies search this up they see non payment and causes a huge issue. This is technically ******** and I would like this non payment removed please!
