    I have been using the service for a few years. Last fall a technician came to winterize my sprinklers, the same person who did it the year before. This time once he completed the service there was a lot of water sprayed all over the basement, he seemed to be nervous called the main office and told me that they will not charge me for the service due to the water issue in the basement. A month later the office called demanding the payment, I told them what happened and paid the invoice. A week ago, the technician came to start up the system, the system was not working. A new technician said that there are some leaks in the pipe and the valves are damaged, (the system was perfectly OK before their winterization service). Long story short, I spoke with ***, I was told he is the manager, he informed me that he is taking the position that his team has nothing to do with the damage and that I am free to press charges if I want, more so, he demanded a payment for the start-up and a few valves that his technician installed last week trying start up the system. I agree with the previous reviewer and can confirm that this business does not stand behind their work. I had a perfectly operational system before their so called "service" and am now facing an unexpected expense of fixing the system that was damaged by this firm.
