    One Janitorial has been calling our office (Amico Stone Supply) multiple times a week for 3 YEARS. We have asked every single time for them to stop calling and to remove us from their call list. They continue to call and call. Today they called again and I calmly asked to speak with a manager. As always, I was dismissed and told a manager was unavailable. This is absolute harassment and something needs to be done. After reviewing One Janitorial's ****** profile, I see that we are one of numerous businesses who have been subjected to the same spamming from this company. Action must be taken to address this abuse and shut down this company. I hope BBB takes this complaint seriously and addresses this problem immediately. I would appreciate a follow up to this message.     Dear BBB and Ms. ********************** you for bringing this concern to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused to Ms. ***** and ***** ***** Supply.


    After reviewing our records and call logs, we were able to confirm that Ms. ***** did request to be removed from our call list in 2023. We take these requests seriously, and according to our system, no contact attempts were made to her number until this past week. The staff member who made the call did not follow the necessary process guidelines for checking previous communication preferences, which we take full responsibility and accountability for. 


    This recent call was not in line with our internal protocols, and I have personally taken steps to ensure that Ms. ***** and ***** ***** Supply are permanently removed from all current and future contact lists. We have reflagged the account and double-checked all outbound sales systems to prevent any further outreach. I understand that, even with one recent call, this can feel like a continuation of the issue, and I want to make it clear that this error is being addressed with urgency.


    We recognize the seriousness of this complaint and do not take it lightly. I would also be happy to speak with Ms. ***** directly if she would find that helpful to offer a personal apology and ensure that her preferences are respected moving forward. She is welcome to reach us through our Operations Manager *********************************.


    Finally, I would like to reaffirm that One Janitorial does not engage in fake or paid reviews. All of our online feedback comes from real clients based on their experience with our services, and we pride ourselves on maintaining transparency and integrity in all our business practices.


    Again, I deeply regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate Ms. ***** taking the time to voice her concerns so that we can correct this internally. We are committed to ensuring it does not happen again.

    This sentence that One Janitorial wrote is a BLATANT LIE: "Ms. ***** did request to be removed from our call list in 2023. We take these requests seriously, and according to our system, no contact attempts were made to her number until this past week."

    *** NEVER CALL AMICO STONE SUPPLY EVER AGAIN *** NO MORE SALES CALLS. NO MORE APOLOGY CALLS. 

    To be clear: I requested to be removed from their call log multiple times *********. The sentence "no contact attempts were made to her number until this past week" is the most potent lie, because 2023 through this week our business has received multiple calls from One Janitorial and each time we told them to never call again and were assured we would be removed from the list.

    A representative from One Janitorial called me yesterday to apologize and said there was a mistake with their CRM system, which I also believe to be a lie, but there's no point banging that or any other drum further with this company.

    Simply, One Janitorial's lack of honesty in this matter is disappointing, and if I am ever called or contacted by this company again, I will ensure a harassment lawsuit is filed by myself and the numerous other Calgary businesses that have been harassed by One Janitorial. There are many.

    There has been numerous unexplained and ********* deductions in the payment. While they have been so unprofessional since the beginning.

    I sincerely apologize for the issues you had while working with us regarding your payments. I have worked diligently to rectify this for you in every way possible to settle the payment dispute. As externally discussed, we have waived some of your deduction fees and adjusted your payment accordingly.

    I hope this helps remedy and settle some of your concerns as we truly valued your partnership with us. We hope to be able to work with you again in the future.
