    This is undoubtedly the worst testing centre. I was scheduled to have my CELPIP exam today and I got to the building minutes before 8:45 and called so I can have direction to the centre. I called several times but Nobody picked up the phone. I spent over 20 minutes roaming around the building. I was lost as the entire building was empty but fortunately, I found a janitor who helped with the information I needed. On getting there, I was told I couldnt take the test because I was late. My time and money wasted as I didnt get a refund. Paragon testing should look into this centre as the reviews are terrible.

    We follow the rules set by *********, the owner of ****** tests. At 8:45 registration ends and late comers are not admitted. This allows the test to start on time for those who are seated. We believe the site has adequate signage for clients to find the suite they need. Many test takers find our location without any trouble. Early arrival is suggested to avoid such unfortunate situations. We are sorry you missed your test.
