      After 3 years of struggling with this company, I am now giving up. To be honest, they are very good at doing the weekly lawn care, though weed control has been an ongoing problem, despite my several requests to pull the weeds, rather than just using weed killer. Snow removal has been generally dependable, though sometimes they turned up very late in the day; they have no special service or consideration for disabled people. My biggest complaint is about their inability to do yard design - no follow-up at all despite promises I was to be first in line for the next season. Two years later nothing has happened, and I was just told, yet again, that I'd have to wait until the next season. Considering their lack of follow-up I have now cancelled all services. There are far better options out there - my neighbours can attest to that.

      As per the conversations by email, we did not hear back from you in regards to any landscaping items since 2020, during Covid, and due to the constant changing economy, we do not automatically pursue these items without a request. Best wishes with your new provider.
