    I prebooked seasonal lawn service, as I was expecting a *********** could use the same product I was successfully doing myself in previous years. When the time came for the first application I wasn't scheduled. Weeds went to seed for the first time. I called and was given the excuse of being too early and told they weren't doing any services at this time. An "ASAP" note was to be left on my file. I don't believe this as I can personally purchase & apply product myself at this time, and neighbours are all having their lawns serviced. I waited until later in the season, but still no service so the weeds go to seed a second time. This time I'm given the excuse that there's a law preventing them from providing the service at this time. When I asked for more information they told me to ******* it" and couldn't provide any further information. I tried to look it up online and found nothing that would support this claim. What I was told wasn't even logical as farmers were planting, other lawns were being serviced, and I could buy & apply the product myself. My first service finally comes about halfway through summer. A second about a month later, which doesn't comply with the products specifications for proper use. I wait for my third service that never comes. In fall when the lawn is dying the weeds go to seed for a third time I call again, and I am not scheduled for another service. They say they will put another "ASAP" note. A couple weeks later the lawn is dead for the season. I called to discuss their weed free guarantee with a supervisor (more weeds now than when started). Left multiple messages. After a week I start getting crank calls where nobody answers after I pickup & the call display says NUTRILAWN. I call again asking for supervisor, but am refused. I explain the situation multiple times to service representatives, but their guarantee is not being upheld and I am not permitted to speak to supervisor.

    I am trying to contact the customer to issue a refund. We do not have an email address and no one is answering the phone. If you have her call our office we will issue a refund on the credit card that she paid with.
