    We are the buying party of a property deal where the seller unfortunately used Kahane. At closing they sat on keys for 3 hours past the deadline. 10 days after closing, we discovered by accident that they didn't order the Estoppel certificate that is needed by the property management company to update their owner file. I am confused as to why they are permitted to operate.

    Poor comunication between lawyers and legal assistants. Had a tight deadline that they did not respect and prioritized other clients. Had to come back due to their incompetence and left papers unsigned. I am a struggling divorced woman that needed financial aid to keep utilities on, food on the table and presents(I still don't know) will be under the tree. It is December 21 and they had this information at the beginning of December and sat on it. They are responsible for causing more distress for my life and ruined my Christmas.
