    I paid for a National Identification Number registration on July 10th, to have my registration done on July 13th at 01:45 pm in *******. I got a confirmation email regarding same. I do not live in ******* so I was driving in with my family from another city, ********** for the registration. On my way I decided to check my emails which I should have checked earlier in the morning. I saw an email from this business cancelled my appointment and rescheduled me for another date, July 20th, without any reason whatsoever, no call no official email or anything. I called them to inform them that Im already half way into the city, they told me I should have checked my email before driving in to the city. Anyways I told them I do not live in the city of ******* and wont be available for the date they rescheduled me for. I requested for the appointment to be canceled and my refund processed back to my account. That was on Saturday July 13th. After that I followed up with an email to confirm the appointment is canceled and requested for a refund. I have called and emailed seeking for my refund with no response, with no signs of getting my refund. Please help me resolve this so I could get my refund back. I attached everything else for your review.

    Hello,

    We are just seeing this message, and the initially thought it was a spam/phishing e-mail, hence the late response. 

    I am surprised the complainer mentioned that there was no communication from us about the cancellation, if she learnt about it from an email from us. The services provided is based on internet connection with the Nigerian Government Server in Abuja. On the particular date, there was no connection from Abuja and we had to inform all clients booked for the services that day about the need to reschedule the appointment. 

    Please advise her to request for refund by sending email to [email protected], copying [email protected] so that we can help her follow up with the responsible team.
