    I made a purchase of regular stocked items at Calgary Lighting on ******** ** ****, a few days later I had contacted the sales representative and advised that I had requested too many bulbs, he advised they were a regular stocked item, and it was no problem for me to return them. I returned the product to Calgary Lighting the following day. We were then advised a credit would be processed, I followed up a few weeks later and they advised they could no longer write a cheque for the refund, it needed to be paid via EFT (despite paying for the items via cheque). I checked with our accountant, and they advised we didn't have the capability of accepting EFT with our current account. We had a special account set up with the bank to facilitate this transfer of funds for the return, I have followed up every two weeks since providing this information and get the same response " I will look into it and get back to you" Now they have stopped accepting calls and refuse to provide the refund fort the returned items in the amount of ********
