    Hello ******* - We provide excellent services and full transparency. Your remarks are defamatory. The Design Agreement you entered freely into allows for 3 iterations for designing. We did several more. The designing process as explained to you are not full construction drawings, but a designing process, and a determination of costs for your design. Full costs with a full explanation Proposal, as well as estimated construction costs, were also given to you based on final sketches (June 2021). Throughout the designing process, you received multiple changes above beyond the contractual agreement, with our blessings. You continually requested redlines. With you and your daughters, we engaged in multiple meetings, designing services went above and beyond the contract offerings, giving you multiple changes and interior 3D iterations as well. With You and your daughters, we had multiple ZOOM meetings plus add'l emails and phone calls. After several changes that exceeded your original funds provided, you stopped communicating for 5 months from August 2021 until January, 2022. I repeatedly left email messages and phone messages to reach out.After all these months of intense and focused discussions, following all your instruction for multiple changes, 5 months after your silence, you said you didnt like the design and didnt offer any reasoning why!We had gone above and beyond, however, I offered to continue drawing and even said we could start over with no additional charges at that time. You did not respond to this very kind and generous offer. Now I find these destructive and insulting remarks out in social media. This is totally uncalled for! If you do not retract this statement, we will be filing a defamation legal action against you, This is false and defamatory, rude and ignorant considering all the additional offering and services we provided.     My experience with Lindal Cedar Homes has been a nightmare!!!!! They want your money up front to start the process and are horrible at getting you what you bought. Once you send them your money the customer service becomes extremely poor at best. No site visit, no drawings (other than what I provided), survey, elevations only virtual meetings and lip service!I never received my refund after many requests. **** ******** ****** ***** ***** ** * ******* *******. I would advise anyone to never consider doing any business with Lindal Cedar Homes. The Representative was a con artist to the **** I believe that this company needs to be put out of business. Very Dissatisfied Customer.
