    Hi,I have been trying to ship a package to this *** Access Point since November 29, 2024. My customer chose to pick up at a *** Access Point to ensure successful delivery. However, this *** Store continuously refuses the package being received and indicates that it is my customer's refusal, however, my customer is still waiting for the package. *** has sent this package to the this *** depot 3 times and they are required to contact the recipient for pick up. This has not happened and instead they just refuse the package on behalf of the customer when the customer is still waiting to be able to pick it up at this depot.

    Although the store hasn't acknowledged it's actions, the main company of *** has chosen to credit us for the shipment due to the chaos that the *** Store caused.  The complaint is still valid against this store, but the main *** company has at least acknowledged a refund for the shipment.
