    This company charged our MasterCard TWICE on May 16th for the same service call. We have tried repeatedly to have them refund the $227.10, but they have still refused to do so. I have no problem with their service, but refuse to pay TWICE for it.

    Thank you for your email. We take customer satisfaction seriously and are glad to hear from you.

    First, I would like to apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing recently with regards to the double billing on your credit card. I want you to know that we appreciate getting in contact with us and I understand there has been a delay on our end in getting back to you with a positive response.

     

    We hope this matter has been resolve  as we have been advised by ********* that the refund was processed a few months back. The additional charges that were processed on you credit card was due to the error that was made by our technician.

     

    We're proud that you've selected our company as your service provider and would hope that the credit has finally been processed.

     

    We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and hope to offer you better services in the future.

    We are rejecting this response because: we have THOROUGHLY checked and re-checked our MasterCard statements from the date of the double charge in May, and can confirm that there has been NO CREDIT applied for the double billing.

    Y2K implied in their response that ********* said the refund was processing "a few months back". Unless Y2K can provide proof, along with full particulars, where exactly the double charge was refunded, we cannot accept the response.

    We also find Y2K's response somewhat disingenuous, particularly since we have tried at least five times over the last six months to get some resolution from them.
