    Absolutely dreadful company. Please don't make the mistake of hiring them as your condo management company. They stonewall the property owners. Simply stop engaging with them on community issues. If someone is breaching the by-laws by encroaching on other people's property or occupying shared space for personal use, they will do nothing. There are issues that are unresolved from 2022 where people continue to encroach on shared space and this company does nothing despite hundreds of complaints by property owners. They don't even respond to your questions, concerns, issues and even provide any updates. Just wishing they get fired from our corporation. They keep condo board people in their back pocket and completely pretend the owners don't exist. ******* *** ********* *******. Avoid at all cost.

    A heating hot water pipe broke in my apartment and was spraying boiling hot water in the bedroom on a Saturday. After phoning and pressing 5 for emergencies for after hours I was connected after 2-3 minutes to a woman who said my building wasnt in her system and put me on hold to try to find a contact number but never got back to me until I hung up 30 minutes later. Other apartment owners and board members assisted in finding the shutoff valves and arranging a cleanup company to come onsite.

    After buying a unit in our building we noticed that a ************************* management at our building was not following his own rules.They made up a rule about patio chairs not being able to be outside at night, after reading our house rules we found out he was lying.The rules made are also not even legally binding let alone spelled correctly. Avoid dealing with this them.
