      Paid online for 2 separate orders. They accept online payment however when I arrived at the location ******* in *** they told me they dont accept online orders. I took their advice and checked other locations for my order. No one had it and no accepts "online orders". They don't accept online orders but take the money. Iv called emailed and no one responds. They can't find my order. And refer to a contact # that doesn't work. I just want a refund I don't even want the product. $78.78!!!

      They sold me a opened vaporizer that has been used. they tried to sell me the one on display but it was opened so i asked for another and they said they only had one other of the same model and it was opened also. they said i could return within 2 weeks for refund or exchange and didnt tell me once used u cant return it. I contacted the manufacturer and they assured me all their vaporizers are plastic wrapped when shipped from factory. this company is selling used products that are damaged. i noticed a crack or scratch in the bowl when trying to clean it in which i did not cause. the manager of cana cabana *******[told me sometimes they come from factory opened which is a lie. i can send you guys the email showing they dont sell opened packadges.

      I purchased marijuana from Canna Cabana product was from a grower company called ******** the marijuana was unsmokable brown and mold. i sent an email to ******************* CFO which he asked for pictures and i sent the picture in. He then ask me to return for a full refund at point of purchase. But under ******* guildines opened packages cannot be returned. Which i mentioned to *** . he then repliesd via email that to "leave it with him and he will take care of this" that was May 8 2023 it is now June 1 and no replies to any of my emails. i just want either send me product or to issue me a refund

      Hello,

      We are not aware of any person at our organization by the name ** *** ******, he is not our CFO or employed here in any capacity that I am aware of. If a customer has an issue with a Cannabis item purchased, they can simply return to the store with the item and proof of purchase and the store team will assist. Alternatively, all Cannabis Suppliers honor this as well so the customer could also reach out directly to the company Sugarbud. Either way they will be able to get help with a refund or exchange.

       

      In this instance, I do not know who ***** was speaking with but he is welcome to contact or visit the store at any time for assistance.
