    Good Afternoon I bought a mattress from Omni Mattress 3 years ago. They say if you pay on time and never miss a payment you will get a $500 rebate. On Jan 3, 2025 I paid the mattress off in full. I have called so many times that I am getting the run a round. *** they blocked my cell phone and email address. I just want the rebate that I am in title too. Please help me. I know they are scamming me.******* *******

    This customer is not eligible for a rebate from Omni Mattress.  She is contacting our office and harassing each and every staff member repeatedly to the point of abuse.  This customer may or may not have an arrangement with the company that gave her the loan and it would seem that if she may or may not be entitled to a rebate through them.  We simply have nothing to do with rebates.  Customer has been advised to contact the lender she was dealing with. We simply have nothing more to add and no ability to help her further. While we do offer our own financing, 100% she did not qualify or obtain her loan with us.

    This is not fair.   They never told me months ago about the financial copy I picked.  They picked the company.  Plus I found out they ripped off more people the are getting away with this.  The company should get a 0 rating.  They love to scam people.  I wish I knew how to get more people. I would love a way to put them out of business.

    Sorry we can not help any further. We simply can not and will not pay a rebate that was offered by another company.   The finance company has collected your money for the past 3 years and we unfortunately can not rebate funds we have not received.

    I am receiving unwanted phone calls AND text messages from this business claiming I signed up to be contacted and they will not stop

    On May **** ********************* applied on our website for a loan to by a laptop.  Our agent simply replied to the customers inquiry in good faith. This is the same customer who would have file a complaint should we not have called him right back.  We would be dealing with an idiotic complains stating that we do not return calls.

    Here are the notes from our agent below:

    1.    Called 1x spoke to customer **************** he is no longer interested- "please put me on the do not call list and hung up".

    2.    Customer Status was changed to DO NOT CALL

    3.    Loan Status Changed to DECLINED.

    2,    Customer proceeded  to call back 4 times to harass **. Blocked his calls

    3.    Call Recordings have been logged and forwarded to security and can be provided if harassment continues.

    This is a prime example of a customer who applies for a loan, gets declined and for what ever reason feels they need to retaliate by harassing **.  We have a very strict harassment and anti-bullying policy which results in a customer being blocked.  

    Lucky for ********************* not only will he not receive future calls from ** but he has got himself blocked as well.  Please DO NOT re-apply!

    i Did not apply for a loan, I clicked on an advertisement and they had no permission to call in the first place.

    When I asked to be placed on the do not call list, they did not respond, so yes I called back to ensure I was which they never responded to  

    they also texted me, which again they did not have permission to do  

    Please do not contact me again
