    We received a recommendation from our Chiropractor to try Sleep Boutique for a new bed. We went to Sleep Boutique and met with the sales lady *****, and she explained the various options and told us that if we are not completely satisfied with the bed they would refund our money. They have a "Perfect Sleep Guarantee" for 120 days. Perfect Sleep Guarantee SATISFACTION GUARANTEED If something needs adjusting after you get your new mattress home, let us know and well make it right. Or *********** your money.We kept the bed for about 40 days and had called several times to try and get the bed to work for us, how we can make changes as the bed was collapsing in the middle. They said they could glue the foam pieces together. We didn't like that option, and decided we would like to bring the bed back for a refund. This is when ***** told my wife over the phone that there is a 25% restocking fee. We were told we would get our money back; their website also states the "Return Your Money". We were not aware we would be taking a $1,500.00 risk on $5,000.00 bed to take the bed home to try. We were told there is no risk to us as we would get our money back if we wanted to return it for any reason. We would not have taken that big of a chance if we were informed of the restocking fee in the beginning.When we went in to return the bed we spoke with the owner *****, he admitted his site has the wording of "Return Your Money" and agreed to only keep 10%. They still have our money, we will continue to work at getting our all our money back.

    These situations are never easy, as we aim to help people get better sleep.Yes we have high level quotes on our site about the type of service and quality that we do.Our exchange and return polices are generally better than most.Most stores will charge a restocking fee and give you the rest in credit towards another mattress. We do refund the money; however will refund your money minus a re-stocking fee.That being said, most customers work with us so we can them what they need. Our return rate is extremely low because or our designs and ability to resolve concerns. We give people 120 days to make an adjustment and a tweak. We go out of the way compared to other retailers and manufacturers. This order was completely custom at 7 layers of Natural Latex and Organic Cover. We dont lie to our customers but I understand miscommunication can happen. I bent our policies for this customer due to that possibility.I dont see it being realistic to order a custom designed product and just simply return it from any company. We do have some policies to protect our company from these issues.Our policies are listed on our website: ******************************************** point of purchase this is also on the invoice.There would be no benefit to deceive customers as dealing with issues like this is very costly to us.
