  If I could give Sunset Memorial 10 stars I would. Our situation or should I say request was different and some what more difficult to pull off. We picked out a stone but for us it was for a child who passed 30 years prior but wanted our recently deceased daughter to be placed in the stone and have brother and sister together. The stone could only be a certain size do it going in the infant section at the cemetery but the manufacturer suggested a bit larger stone for structure. ****** at Sunset battled the cemetery and made every thing we asked a reality. Going to Sunset was the best decision we made during a difficult time. I can not say enough about how well we were all treated there. The understanding, caring, professionalism and knowledge is second to none. From the bottom of our hearts Thank you sunset memorial.

  Sunset Memorial was wonderful to work with. We ordered 4 columbarium units through them. I was not familiar with this process and did not know what I was doing. They walked me through the whole process, provided extremely helpful tips, ideas and recommendations and was a delight to work with. We had construction delays on our end, which required us to delay the delivery of the units, but Sunset was very accommodating and made everything work out. The units are beautiful and better than I ever imagined. They showed us everything we needed to know and things we never thought of to make everything smooth when it is time to inter. We expect to order more units from them in the future!

  Upon entering Sunset Memorial Monument we were immediately met with warm, friendly personnel who offered help, listened to what we were looking for, but allowed us the privacy to look around ourselves. When we began to make choices, they listened sensitively to our story, answered our questions respectfully, gently offering and explaining various options to us, but never pushing us to make decisions immediately. In my case we were installing a cross which had been powder coated. They gave us important information re how they would do the installation and worked with me over several weeks until we found the best time for our family to gather.When our family all arrived at the cemetery we found the cross proudly standing. To our amazement the wreaths and flowers we had laid there months before had been carefully kept for us and were now put around the foot of the cross for us to arrange as we wished. Our hearts were so touched at the respect they showed for our family's loss. My daughter was taken far too soon. but the caring ways of those at Sunset helped at every point in setting up our meaningful memorial for her and eased our hearts.*****
