      I wish my wife had noticed the advertisement on the weather network channel sooner. We had two mortgages that were up. One at the end of October and one at the end of November. We have dealt with a local mortgage broker some years ago and the buying experience was less than optimal. So quite frankly I had few expectations or optimism that this would be much different. Within about 10 minutes after placing the initial phone call, Manthan was on the line to me. We had a comfortable, very friendly conversation. This theme of friendly, warm, responsive honest and practical advice wrapped in good humour and truly professional desire to render top quality timely assistance and reassurance every step of the way made this a VERY good buying experience. His stick handling of details, keeping us apprised at every step of what to expect, what to do, and time lines was and is spot on as we wrap this transaction up. As former bankers, ironically with the chartered bank that we have dropped our mortgage with we have a fairly advanced knowledge of banking in general. As business instructors we are intimately familiar with do's and don'ts when working with clients. True North Mortgages, by virtue of their business model, I believe take out the "commission selling pressure" which contributes to the seamless relaxed tone of completing what can be an anxiety producing process. Thank you, ******* and True North Mortgages, I highly recommend them. I most certainly will be back in contact in a few years when and if these mortgages come due again.
