      I recently had a mortgage with TD that was up for renewal, and found that True North Mortgage had some of the best rates available right now. I sent an email with a few questions and had a prompt reply from ***********************. She made the transfer from TD to TNM very easy, and I was all set up with my new mortgage hassle and stress free. Would recommend her and TNM to anyone.

      We highly recommend ******************** of True North Mortgage and are so grateful for his assistance with our mortgage renewal. Since answering our phone call inquiry, to the application process, up to closing -- communicating with him was easy, safe, always in a timely manner and less stress. **** was the most helpful and responsive among everyone (agents/ banks /even from our own broker) that we've tried to deal with at that stressful renewal time. He also easily helped us negotiate and secure the best available lower rate.The only downside for us was opening a new bank account/new products (for our mortgage payment to come out of that bank) as part of the bank lender's condition--an unnecessary extra step for us to do. But, we went ahead with the change, and made the switch to True North to honor ****'s great service.

      Working with True North was great. They walked me through the process, were helpful with my concerns and they got me a better rate than I was expecting. They were also very patient when I had some documentation issues and offered good advice to get it corrected. Highly recommended.
