      We are so glad that we found Himalaya at True North Mortgage who held our hand from our first inquiry to closing! He asked all the right questions and had all the tools to ensure all documents were prepared and ready for our lender. He did all of the research to find us the right lender and the best rate. We didnt have to lift a finger as Himalaya took care of all the paperwork making sure our lender and lawyer had everything they needed days before closing. ******** made us feel very comfortable as he was ALWAYS available via email, phone or text answering all of our questions, and gave us updates throughout the whole process.
