      We reached out to True North when our initial broker had dropped the ball a week before closing. ***** *** pulled out all the stops and got us our mortgage on our dream, forever home, without us having to push our closing date. ***** was very kind, compassionate, and direct during all of our interactions and we really appreciated all of her efforts. We really don't know what we would have done had it not been for *****, Thank you again!

      When we first contacted Jheel, we were feeling pretty frustrated after being misled by another mortgage broker. We were definitely in a tricky situation, but Jheel stepped in and turned our whole experience around. We were impressed by her deep knowledge and expertiseshe really knows her stuff!       I had the pleasure of working with ********* on my mortgage application, and I couldnt be more impressed! From start to finish, she was incredibly tentative, ensuring that I was fully informed at every step of the process. Her honesty and transparency were greatly appreciatedshe made sure I understood all of my options and helped guide me to the best decision. She was also very accommodating, working around my schedule and making the entire process as smooth as possible. Thanks to her dedication, my mortgage was approved without any hiccups.       Highly recommend Jheel! My fianc makes foreign income and due to that we were ignored and ghosted by every broker besides Jheel. She was on top of our mortgage daily and made many accommodations based on my fiancs work hours (he was working in *******). So happy I got the chance to work with her and I genuinely believe that anyone who wants a broker who goes above and beyond for them should go to her!

Discussed all options with us, provided continuous update and helped us to close the mortgage successfully. We are happy with the rate and service we received. Just a suggestion is about dealing with ***, which was not easy. Please suggest other options to customers.
