      ***** worked very hard to assist us with our mortgage and get us the lowest rates. She is always very professional and attentive and always responded on time. Always apologizing if she can't respond to my many questions right away. Highly recommended.

      ************************* is one the BEST Mortgage Advisor. Intially we were with the another broker and he had somehow delayed our application and whole process. I contacted ***** from FB, not just he provided me the .36 interested rate less than from my previous broker and also got back to me in exact 23 Hours with APPROVAL. He also carries great communication skills and advanced mortgage knowledge.Definitely! Definitely! Definitely! Giving him 5/5 for his hard work and expertise!

      I recently had the pleasure of working with Mayank for my first house purchase, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I was actually prepared to work with couple of other mortgage brokers from Vancouver with whom I have been talking from past couple of months .       ***** was amazing to work with. He guided me through the whole process step by step which always made me feel that I made the right choice going with True North. When I was stressed or anxious he was always calm and confident and that made me more relaxed. He was always very professional and helpful, in the future when I am looking for financing again I would not hesitate to call True North Mortgage, they made the process seamless and calm during what is generally a stressful or anxious time. I also appreciate the flexibility they provide with their mortgages, you get the sense that they actually want to help you not just make money off of you.
