    I wanted to extend my gratitude for the best customer service I received from your delivery driver **** out of your cranbrook depot. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my package. I live in a very rural area and He had to hold onto the package for a couple of days and ended up delivering it to a different address then I provided originally to make sure I got it. His communication via telephone was on point. I highly suggest treating this driver well, you dont want to loose him as a driver! Maybe even give him a raise? He definitely deserves it! Thank you very much **** and ********** transport! *****************

    Got a quote. Exactly what I paid. Very reasonable. Shipped from *********** to **************. I dropped off my boxes and placed them on skids and picked up at other end. I packed the boxes myself. Just make sure plastic wrap is sufficient when wrapping the roll around the skid. Don't skimp on the plastic wrap. On the one skid the top boxes were dislodged in transit. The skid that the wharehouse worker wrapped. He didn't use enough to secure the boxes. On skid I wrapped, using enough wrapping, nothing had moved. Picking up my shipping at the depot in ************** everyone was great. Very helpful. Very friendly bunch. I felt they had my back when we had to skirt some minor rules as I could only pick up one skid at a time as that's all my pick up truck could carry. They accommodated me and did the extra paperwork with a smile.
