    Sent Anderwerks my motorcycle transmission in early Feb., 2023. They requested a payment of $1,078.67, which I sent them by credit card on Feb. 21, 2023. By May Im asking what is the status on the repairs as it is already 3 months later. Only got excuses, then by Sept. , with riding season ending, I contacted them and asked several times to send the transmission back to me. It arrived about late October as a box of parts. Ive been trying to get my deposit back since. They did send me $500 after several phone calls. ****, owner, said they have 3 hours labour into the transmission tear down, but I havent seen an invoice and the excuses just keep coming. What I want is for Anderwerks to bill me and return the rest of my money as I will never deal with this company again. They didnt do the work in a reasonable time; basically no updates ; and only excuses about finishing the job or returning my money . Also the *** dealer in ******* wont work on this transmission because somebody else took it apart. I can only assume they sent all the pieces back to me. I did check into Anderwerks website before contacting them originally and didnt see bad reviews. I want to log a complaint so other people are aware that this company gave me terrible service and doesnt seem to care about it. They could end up missing a riding season because they dealt with Anderwerks. ********************
