    WARNING! What a nightmare!After giving me an estimate, I had a phone conversation with ***, the owner, where he said: they will shrink wrap everything; will treat me with lots of VIP; nothing will get damaged. He will bring to my attention, before moving, any damaged furniture. If something gets damaged he will cover it. He will supervise the move and make sure nothing will be damaged. I had 2 small items to donate to WINS and a chair for the landfill, charging me $179 extra. He will also pick up all empty boxes, even small ones to help me, since I was recovering from a big surgery. EMPTY PROMISES and WORDS!!!!*** hired 2 guys, and as confirmed, one was mentally disabled, with head twitching left to right and then straight (will call him DM) angry and mentally disturbed. They did no shrink wrap. Instead they took out the drawers seeing my personal items. Aside from one damaged, which *** showed me, my furniture was in perfect condition before moving, and after moving, it was horribly damaged, an oil painting as well. Some items arrived broken and some disappeared never arrived. Where was ***? He didnt answer when asked nor took responsibility. A couple of days after my move I contacted *** that the legs for my coffee table were missing. He found them in his truck, where they got lost, and brought them back, picking up 5 empty boxes; the rest, 20+, he asked me to recycle, although I cant lift anything heavy due to my surgery. No answer. No VIP treatment. A neighbour who was moving a month after me asked for a feedback on my moving experience. Never ever hire this company! I recommended **** ** **** ****** *******. Wish I had hired them instead. I also wonder if *** delivered the items to Women in Need. What a mistake I made in hiring ABC moving, with another negative review on Yelp as well, and on ******* A NIGHTMARE! WARNING! ***s words and promises are EMPTY!
