    Sept 1 2022,I hires movers to move us based on a previous itemized quote for $****.00 based on a detailed inventory of items and boxes to be moved ,from time of quote to moving day I had moved 2 large trailer loads and had a full loaded trailer was waiting when they arrived late this bringing amount of inventory to be moved at much less quantity, invoice came in at $****.00 that I paid,moving company promised me 3 men and a truck to arrive at 8 am to assure I would be moved by ***** am to allow an hour to clean the house , I have her assurance in an ************** arrived at ***** with 2 men , I was 4 hours late causing me to be in a breach of contract costing me an extra $****.00 in late compensation, to the buyer of our house to cover his losses and expenses as in hotel room , meals , extra charge for there moving and lost wages , because of the movers being 4 hours late the sell of our house and purchase of our new house did not go through untill the next day Friday September2 ,they took my belongings 1 and half hour out of the way one way to weigh the load , this was never discussed nor agreed upon

    Dear *********************************************************** is our customer.  We gave ********************** service for him on Sep.01st,2022.   When we were on the way to pick up, one of our helpers he said that he feels not good, and He cannot work. He wants go his home because he is sick. 

    Our driver and other helper they continue to   drive customer house for pick up. (********,**). When they close to ********, they have a mechanical issue occurred, and truck got problem. They try to find a rental truck in ******** for rent, but they did not find any rental truck.

    By the way they called our office and explained their situation, we get immediately action, and we rent a truck from ******. 9We have all rental records from ******, if you need, we can provide it.) They drove back to *******, picked up a rental truck and drive back to ********.
    When our driver and helper arrive customer house, they see that customer did not pack anything and he was not ready to move. The customer hadnt done any packing in a normal circumstance, they should leave and do not this job. But they helped customer, and they did free packing for him after that they started to pick up his shipments. Please ask him. Everybody should be fair each other's.
    After picking up   we go government certified scale and weight customer shipment. It comes **** lbs. OUR CONTRACT CLEARLY STATE THAT:   ACTUAL WEIGHT CHARGES WILL APPPLY. (Please see **********- original contract). When our driver arrives customer house for delivery customers they don't want to pay. Our driver explained to him and showed original contract. Customer he knows very well his contract (See ********** he signed during pickup and delivery time) Finally he paid his balance, and we did delivery, also he has a full trailer, he asks help, and our driver and helper helped him and unloaded his trailer (lots of heavy boxes etc.) without any charge to him. 

    We promise him to finish his move same day on Sep.01st, and we did on Sep. 01st. Yes, we   did not catch morning time because of tour truck broke down. But we rented another truck and drove back to ********,** and finished job same day. 

    We believe that everybody should fair each other's. We did our best for customer's shipment and we offloaded his trailer free of charge (we suppose to not do that) 

    Anyway, we are so sorry to be late couple hours. Just we try to make customer happy, and we will refund him $******. This is best we can do for him.  If mechanical issue occurred, this is not in our hand.

    I am rejecting this response because:non of this true , the reason i was given for them to not have a truck is it was full of belongings of someone else who was refused to unload , no one was sick , i called numerous time on move day to say if no one was coming i needed to know so i could find another mover , i had the trailer packed because i could not wait any longer and had to move my self , i was promised 3 men and a truck by 8 am at the latest , i got 2 men and a truck at 12 , breach of contract , we were packed and ready and they had a list of our belongings without the 3 trailer loads we moved our selves , this company has caused us financial , metal and physical distress .

    **************** is not wrong about the driver giving him another reason as to why there was such a delay. We had a move a day before Mr. ******* in ********,our movers were to stay in ******** overnight and go to Mr. ******* residence to do the move in the early hours however the customer in ******** was not ready for delivery and therefore we could not unload and this caused a bit of confusion and the driver was asked to drive back to ******* and do Mr. ******* move with another truck, and on the way to do the move when we got to ********************* we had a truck breakdown and were forced to rent one to make sure the move was done the same day for ****************. One of the movers wasnt feeling well and asked to be released hence he got two men crew instead of three.

    Upon arriving the movers just focused on expediting the move as most things were not ready for move yet and **************** was very demanding and not patient enough to find out what happened he shut down any explanations and never got the full picture as he was just too angry and was uttering words like I am suing you guys just get it done now.

    The closest government certified scale being in ******* they had to drive to ******* weigh his items and go back to his delivery address immediately after as requested by him to be met with more aggression and **************** had more things to move for him and he did not want to pay until they finished unloading and they informed him the balance had to be cleared before they start unloading truck he made very inappropriate threats and demanded them to do the extra trailer he had ready for them to unload and they should start immediately and when they refused he kept being difficult until at some point he said he'll pay the amount if they helped him with extra work that was not being charged for and at this point the movers were tired of the back and forth and decided to help him at no extra cost to him as a courtesy to make his move easier and he shook hands and the move was fully carried out. We regret not being able to meet the times and as our commitment to resolve this issue in a reasonable manner we are offering a refund of $*** even though considering all the expenses that were incurred as a result of this and actions taken to correct the issue was costly and was completed at a loss.
