I recently used Calgary Movers Pro for a local move of my 1 bedroom apartment, and I couldn't be happier with the service. **** and **** were my movers, and they were incredibly efficient and professional. They handled my belongings with care and ensured everything was securely wrapped and moved without any damage. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Calgary Movers Pro for anyone looking for a reliable moving company in Calgary!

Terrible and expensive experience on July 1, 2024. Took them 40 minutes to load their truck, 2 hours to unload their truck, dedicated elevator for movers. Lost hardware for my bed frame, lost a family heirloom. I emailed and spoke with their office about this and no compensation, to date. They just wanted their 3 hour minimum to charge me as well as their travelling time. They came highly recommended. They took advantage of me, someone who is older. Dear ****,We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced on the day of your move. After thorough discussions with our claims department and consultations with the movers involved, we have identified several key points.Firstly, the loading process took 2 hours because your apartment is on the 15th floor, requiring both a walk to the apartment and from our truck to the loading elevator. Consequently, this extended the unloading time as well.Secondly, after reviewing with our yard manager and inventory team, we confirmed that there were no screws in our inventory. Our lead mover indicated that assembling the bed took 40 minutes due to missing screws on your end, not ours.We regret any distress this may have caused. To enhance your experience with us, we would like to offer you **** as compensation from our company. Please do let us know where you would like us to send this compensation.
