  Horrible. Damage goods. Extremely questionable, sketchy, unprofessional crews. Rude. Wouldn’t let me sign form indicating issues with delivery. Lost stuff. NEVER use this company.

  Awful. Awful. Pick up time was changed by the local movers from an afternoon slot to the morning with less than a day's notice and they (the movers) complained to us about how we had already scheduled something in the morning (junk pick up) and it created an inconvenience for them. At pick up, the local movers marked every single item we had as scratched, despite us having about 30 brand new cardboard boxes. I assume this was 'preventative' because they knew they would scratch the boxes.Withholding information about potential additional fees, even if you ask 'what else do i need to know' and 'what are all the possible additional fees that might occur when my items are delivered'. They will send a massive tractor trailor to deliver items and not tell you that these trucks can't navigate (1) steep-ish hills and (2) regular sized parking lots (a u-haul lot!), and then they casually suggest once the truck has arrived that you should rent a u-haul truck to cart the items from the delivery truck way up a hill down to your storage unit and then pay an extra expense for the movers to move your items from the u-haul truck to the storage unit.Customer service **** also pretend to be someone else if you ask for them by name and they don't want to talk to you because you're stressed out about the massive tractor trailer and additional u-haul truck expense and their refusal to tell you what the extra expense will cost (for the items to be moved from the u-haul truck to the storage unit).One star only because we actually got our items delivered on time minus one stolen bbq that we don't expect to ever receive payment for.

  Do Not trust Canadian moving system *** please. I hired them to move my furniture from **** to *******. I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. They insisted on full payment upfront and pushed me to pay the whole amount saying that they will not schedule my drop off before they receive the whole amount and I think they already knew that most off my furnitures were damaged and my Christmas tree was missing. Missing a Christmas tree and it was 1 month before holiday what a coincidence?? And at the end they offered me $30. Their compensation offer of $30 was inadequate and added to the overall dissatisfaction with their service. I would caution others to be wary of using this company for their moves. Again do not trust them.

  The movers pick up my stuff today June 26, 2023. Everything went well until I found out that one of my drawers was left at the back of our apartment building. Good thing I went back to throw my garbage and found that my drawer was there. I called ofcourse the crew who took my stuff and they were already left and was scheduled to pick up other's.I informed the office and they were less supportive and tried to blame it ion me that i should supervise while they're loading, its just crazy. I asked now to remove that item from the revised quote they gave me when they ***************** and now they wont. Very poor service!!! I hope they will deliver my stuff full and intact and I will be waiting.

  Moved from ******* to *********, in ****** in April of 2023. Had an amazing experience. This company knows what customer service is all about. They were in constant communication with me and gave me updates every step of the way. We were assigned to work with **** who was amazing you can request for her. Never an email or a call missed. Smooth experience. First we started by telling them what we had, then we had to approve a quote. Gave a deposit of $500. They called before the pick up, and they even called when on the way. A crew of 3 men arrived, loaded everything, packed everything and I even took a picture as I was very happy with how quick they worked. They were done within 4/5-5 hours. Once we arrived, we called to schedule delivery of the stuff and they were able to deliver on the weekend too. **** followed up and issued an invoice, it was paid and we had our delivery within a few days. I would definitely move with them again.

  We recently moved from Kelowna in British Columbia to Richmond Hill in ontario with Canadian Moving Systems. It was a full pack, storage for 3 weeks and delivery was completed on March 1, 2023. We were not present at the pick up so left the keys for the movers and had done everything via facetime. The crew was there for 1.5 days and worked hard to get everything packed. They left me on facetime so i was able to see everything being done. Packing was great and we were very pleased with the job. They even sent me pictures, which i am happy to share. Great work. It was a team of 4 men and they were very good. The shipment arrived mid Feb as scheduled and we were able to hold off delivery until March 1. March 1 we accepted delivery to 2 locations. Worked with Sara throughout the entire process and she was great. Very responsive. We booked for a major vanline who offered us a rate of 95 cents per pound plus 37 cents for full pack. CMs were much better priced, and charged me half of this. I was skeptical at first, but was so relieved that what i paid is what i was quoted. Sara and the entire staff were great to deal with. I had forgotten a load of laundry when i left the house, and the crew was even kind enough to get it and pack into the boxes. Many thanks to everyone! Would not hesitate to use them again.

  Very good experience with this company. We had a moving service from ******** to ********* this past December of 2022. Pick up and delivery crew was very accommodating and very customer service oriented. We have 2 small baby twins and the crew was very understanding and patient while we needed to pack some last minute items. Pricing was very fair as well. We sent in a list of items to be shipped and they came back same day with a quote and price. Had an agreement the next day and the final price was not much more. We did end up buying some packing materials as we ran out of boxes (hard to find good boxes in ******** area) so the crew was kind enough to provide some. We dealt with **** who was truly amazing and very understanding. Gave us options on when to get our delivery and even suggested ways to save some on the move. What attracted us most was the responsive nature of the staff which did continue during the move as well.

  DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! We moved from ******* to ******* in May 2022, and they broke/damaged half of ************* and items. When we submitted a claim - they took 10 weeks plus to respond back and came back with an claim amount of 30 dollars. So, please please please, do not hire them - they are very unethical, very quick to respond (to show great face value), but will bite you in the base! They will damage all your valuables and don't even feel the shame. They have no integrity whatso ever. Protect yourself and your hard earned money!

  Move from ********** (northern *******) to ******** area. My husband is OPP and we had to transfer. Very happy with this company. We usually move with the movers that his work arranges for us, but this time it was a private move. Had a very good experience. **** is our main person that we reached out to and she is amazing. Always very responsive, never avoids call and truly is a pleasure to work with. I would say that we probably chose this company because of her customer service. If you can ask for her directly.We had 3 flights of stairs at delivery and that is the only thing that we were surprised with in terms of charges. We know that it was not easy and we had a few heavy items. Other than that, everything was billed as quoted and we were happy to receive everything within 10 days of pick up date. Great recommendation for this company especially ****!!!

  Quoting process was smooth and easy to understand. Communication was great. **** and the entire customer service team were great to work with. Very responsive and easy to reach. ******, **** and ***** did an awesome job!! They took care of things as if it was theirs!! They even put down runners on the floor throughout the house so they wouldnt get the carpets dirty. The pick up in ********* was very quick as this was not a big move. The quote was very accurate as we ended up paying what was quote (we did have to put a deposit down). Our delivery in Mntl area was scheduled and confirmed and the crew showed up on time as scheduled and even called me while on the way. I would strongly recommend CMS for moving.
