    We enrolled both children in Morin Music Studio's ********* piano program (September 2023 to June 2024). We had a verbal contract with the studio and *** Morin, their senior instructor, to get 40 ******s for each student for a total fee of $9660 ($966 charged monthly for both students). The studio also offered some recitals and master classes / group ******s as extra benefits at no extra cost. On April 26, 2024, ****** Morin, the owner/executive director of Morin music studio, emailed us that *** Morin will stop teaching our children piano right away. The studio cancelled all our ******s.From September 2023 to April 2024, we made 8 payments of piano ****** fees ($966 per month). Morin music studio refunded the fees for April ($966), which makes our total payment $6762 70% of the yearly program fees they charge. In the same period (till our children were terminated by the studio as students), each student received 25 ******s from *** Morin, out of 40 total ******s that he should have given by the end of program time (*****************************, Director of Operations of Morin Music Studio confirmed this), which means 62.5% of ******s received. We believe we were treated unfairly by Morin Music Studio. They have broken the contract by cancelling our children's music ******s without any prior warning or notice, and refusing to refund us for ******s they failed to deliver. We believe that Morin Music Studio has exploited us and has treated us unfairly and inequitably. They have not respected our rights as consumers and have violated the Consumer Protection Act of *******. Please refer to the attached complaint ****** for full details.
