    I went in on Saturday February 15th to pick up some parts. Upon checking the parts I noticed they were both damaged. I refused to purchase the damaged parts as they are no good to anyone to use. When I refused to take the parts ******* immediately refused to refund my money. He then got heated and told me to never come back even though I did nothing wrong. I would just like my money back as I never got anything. No receipt no parts nothing. This business is very unprofessional and doesn't track their transactions properly. I gave ******* $300 cash for the parts which he subsequently gave to another customer.

    My name is ***************************** and i bought two vehicle parts with ************* Parts. **************************************************************** there business phone no is ************.The transaction was made *** April 2023 at ******** .he told me we will call u in same day Evening to pick up the parts but he did not call me, next day same time i went their yard and ask about parts , but they told me when parts will ready then the call . Everyday i went to pick up my parts but the always told me when your part is ready , we will call you.**** of April when i told them u give me parts or refund my money, buy refused to my money or not give the parts and abusing and pushing me in his junk yard..now today end of 11th April and no chance to get part or money.Please help me , i am jobless and patient of heart.
