2014 Tundra originally sold by Country Hills. I purchased used from Country Hill in 2017. Purchased with life time oil change service. Never had a single problem with this service until today. In fact this service organization has been good to deal with. I have used this dealership exclusively for all my repairs including repairs and service to my wife's ***** (a Toyota Product).Today, May 27, 2025 and after 8 years of regular services and a great partnership, I was denied the free oil change as part of the original sales agreement. The reason given is that I had the truck serviced at a "non-Country Hills **************** while I was on holidays in *******. The fact that the scheduled oil service and inspection was provided by an authorized Toyota dealership that was not Country Hills seemed to be the issue. No reasonable explanation could be provided by 2 of the service advisors. I asked, how was I to stay on the service schedule while on vacation in another country if not to go to another Dealership? They're response was that because I had chosen to use a different dealership for service was the reason for nullifying the service agreement that I had enjoyed for the last 8 years. "why would I give you a free oil change when you pay someone else for service?" was their response. This is extremely disappointing because it feels like a weak excuse or policy change so as not to fulfill an obligation. I will not return to Country Hills nor any of their related businesses for any future service nor for any future vehicle purchases. My wife and I are lifelong Toyota owners and will likely purchase 2 - 3 more new cars in our remaining life span. I estimate the value of the decision made by 2 service advisors today at over $250K including purchases and scheduled services over the next 10 - 15 year.

The "free oil change" now costs almost $200....but the oil change is free!? The service guy tried to tell me that it has always been like that. His nose grew while speaking. Brought my ********** in with a minor leak ( which they had found). They fixed it and then it had a major leak! All it cost was over $3000 and a month in the shop. If I could give them a zero I would.

Financial manager had me to sign a lease for the registry but did not give me any financial information about the vehicle even after requesting up until the vehicle was received. The salesperson lied and said the vehicle came with bonus items just to charge it after the fact. Turns out they gave me to wrong car model and will not cancel the lease.

I bought a Toyota Corolla Hybrid last year. I am a driver instructor and I used it as my training car. After one year it started giving me problems. One day I was filling gas at ******   in January and after that it didn’t take a start, I towed the car from my own expense and dropped it to *********** Toyota. Because it had run more than required kms so I paid from my pocket. I got back my vehicle after two days. In a span of three months it showed the same problem, this time I took it to Country Hills Toyota and they said that conjunction box an electronic component has burnt out. I requested them to get it repaired as this is the only source of my earnings. Today more than 25 days have passed but my vehicle is still there and I am getting zero assurance from dealership that when I will get my car. I never feel so helpless. I am a Toyota guy, I have already used three ***** * cars. Now I bought a ***** ****** because of brand Toyota. But this experience has shattered my belief with Toyota. This is my bad experience with my corolla hybrid. I hope this message will reach to Toyota.

I purchased a car in Countryhills Toyota last April 26,2018 Brand New Toyota Corolla iM hatchback. My car advisor is  Josef ******* and my Financial Advisor who approved my Car is Rick ******. Rick offers a ECP Warranty cause it’s brand new whatever happened he said I will not pay any amount out of my pocket. I could even get my winter tire off the rim for the cost of $50.00only. They installed also 3M, Remote Starter, Undercoat and Fabric Protection but after they put everything, wheb I get home my 3M has lots of bubbles, Undercoat has a stain in both side skirts, Remote Starter has a finger print in the driver side upper side windshield. I’ve been druving back and forth to the delarrship to make then fix it. Before Winter starts, I book an appointment with them to install my winter tire but after the service I was surpised that I will need to payon it for $144.85 for the installation. I told them about what Rick said that the installation fee is only $50. But the advisor insisted that the Financial Advisor do not know the price for the service so I need to pay it. After a couple years i come back to the dealership 6/15/21 for the alignment appointment. After the service my bill is $154.30. I ask again the service advisor i need to pay my alignment i told them when I purchased my ECP Warranty Rick told me when i have a problem in my car when i have a ECP Warranty i did not pay any on my pocket. But the service advisor insists to pay the amount. So i pay again the $154.30. And I went back for my service #3 (inspection of the car fluids, filters, mats, wiper blades,Lubricate doors, brakes, oil change, check tire depth and battery) last 9/30/21 they told me that this is not covered on my ECP, the amount is 289.80 so I pay again.

I booked a Highlander Platinum with them in December 2021, they booked my vehicle without showing me the demo and without finalizing the color of the vehicle and promised me to show the vehicle as soon as possible quiet before delivering the vehicle and promised me verbally that if you don't like the vehicle or any other condition that they will return my deposit back, and they also tried to extort money on behalf of Interest rates from ****% promised to 5.79%.i had to purchase the vehicle from other dealership and Country Hills did not return my money back after so many visits to them and meeting with people at different levels. In my opinion they are the most unethical People from this industry. The biggest culprit is ***** Messiah *******************, *********************** and ***** they all are hand in gloves or they are acting on management's behest to get the money by unethical means.I Can substantiate my allegations with proofs *********************************
