    I received the brand new Altas in the store on Apr 19 ************************************************************************************ And after that, we planned a road trip vacation from ******* to ********* with my vehicle from Apr 22 to Apr 25. Since the day I got the car, the weather was perfect till the Apr 24 as the second day we arrived at *********. It was rainy and I realized that my windshield wiper of driver side was not working at all. So I called ** in ******* immediately to notify the issue and called ** in both ******** and ******* to see if they could help me to check it as we must drive back on Apr 25 due to work shift. Unfortunately there is no way they can check my vehicle until the next week. And the specialist in ** couldn't make any suggestion at all. We had to drive back slowly after we apply the rain-x on the windshield to decrease the effect to keep it save. But there were multiple road construction between ********** And Banff, even though we did apply 1000% carefulness to drive. One of the pole scratch my semi-driver side front pillar And window. Once I came back to *******, I went to the merchant directly to mention the issue But they could only fix the windshield wiper for me and refused to take responsibility of the scratch. I confirmed with them that cuz the car has an issue be4 it was given to me, so this responsibility should be taken by them. The specialist said I was supposed to stay in ********* till the ** could fix it or just rented a car to drive back to ******* and drive all way to the Van again to get it once it's fixed. And all expenses that cost with their mistake are not covered. And these suggestions are mentioned after I drove all the way back to ******* not even when I was in *********. It's super ridiculous. Pls help me.
