    I had one of the worst experiences at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Calgary. I brought my Jeep in for a "Service Shifter" warning and paid $200 for a so-called diagnosis but they admitted they didn't really know the problem and just recommended changing multiple parts to "see if it works." I ended up paying $761 for unnecessary work.Even worse, when I picked up my vehicle, I found that my windshield had been severely cracked during their service. I had a professionally repaired chip that hadn't spread for 8 years until they handled my vehicle. They flat-out refused to take any responsibility for the damage.Completely unprofessional service, careless handling of customer vehicles, and no accountability. I will never return and strongly recommend others stay away.

    Already wasnt happy about diagnostic charges for a repair job, that shouldnt have been on there. They wouldnt budge on the final price. So I paid. Then I got into the vehicle and windshield crack that I had professionally treated, 6 years ago, had cracked right through, all the way up to the top. They didnt want to take a single dollar off the top of my bill.m for this. They claimed that half the vehicles they lift on their crooked hoist smashes windshields that have a crack. Then they showed me some fine print on the contract that their lawyer had carefully written, and I had signed, as if I didnt know there was some fine print to free them from all responsibility. As if that would make it all better. Very demeaning.

    Dear *********************, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Dodge *********** center recently. I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle and was promised a rental car upon arrival. However, when I got there, they did not have the car ready for me, despite confirming my reservation. This unprofessionalism led to a significant waste of my time and caused me to miss an important appointment, resulting in a lost deal. Even last time when I brought my car in, I got a dent on my vehicle, and it's been 2 or 3 months with no follow-up from anyone regarding this issue. Additionally, I bought a comprehensive service package to have a headache-free experience when servicing my car, but what a waste of money! I paid for that comprehensive service, yet the service center fails to deliver on its promises. The staff's incompetence and lack of organization are unacceptable. Due to their mishandling of my reservation and neglect of previous damages, I faced unnecessary stress and financial loss. Furthermore, I didn't appreciate the advisor trying to fool me by telling me my appointment was on Friday, not Thursday, as originally scheduled. If I don't receive adequate compensation for these issues, I have two Dodge Rams that I will discard and purchase pickup trucks from a different company. As a contractor running numerous construction contracts around the city, this situation is completely unacceptable. I plan to take this matter to court to recover my losses and compensate for the time wasted. I will also take this matter to the ************* Vehicle Industry Cll This situation is completely unacceptable. I've paid money to get full warranty coverage, and now, when I reach out to customer service at ********* ********************** in ******** they are treating me very poorly. Shame on them for such behaviorI will not be tolerated.********************* did Block my Instagram account. This is unjustified, especially since I am a paying customer expecting a service.
