    In December 2022 our car was taken from a parking lot while my wife was getting a massage in NW *******. The employees at the massage parlor said that they saw a tow truck take it. Over a month later we received a call from southpoint Toyota saying they had our car, we had already reported it stolen to the police and we asked them why it took them a month to call, they said they called and left messages(untrue). They said that the car was just there one morning and when the police asked to see cameras they told them they conveniently overwrite after a month. When we drove across the city to get our car back nobody would talk to us, only to the police. We tried to start our car but it had been sitting outside for over a month in the freezing cold -40 weather. We were trying to jump it ourselves when the police forced someone to come jump it for us because no one offered help and we had a one year old in the car with us. Very unprofessional. The police officer in charge of our case told us to contact Toyota as he believed they were in the wrong and we were owed something for this awful experience. We tried contacting Toyota Canada but they told us dealerships are separate entities and it was not their problem. An overall terrible experience from southpoint Toyota *** ****** ******.

    Hoped to ship a car I desperately needed to **********. Requested within a day, without haggling price to arrange an invoice so I could pay a deposit and take the car. I even had someone in town available to inspect in person. Dealer waited to respond with anything helpful only to reply 24 hours later that a local brought a deposit instead. Really disappointing, unprofessional and unkind business practice in my opinion. Clearly, theyd rather make an easy, quick buck over providing service to someone who asked for help.

    Theres a whining and weird noise on the engine of my 2020 ****** ******. I brought it to the dealership because still covered with extended warranty and they said that the noise is normal and nothings wrong with it. Im not satisfied and the noise is becoming annoying.
