    2 Stars – Disappointing Post-Sale Service We purchased a brand-new vehicle from Sunridge Mazda three months ago, and recently, our windshield cracked due to a stone impact. A friend who bought the same car around the same time from a different dealership received a 5-year windshield repair package, so we called Sunridge Mazda to inquire about getting the same package. Unfortunately, the response we received from Tony in finance was dismissive and rude. He claimed that nothing could be done after a crack has occurred, which we understand might be policy. However, our main concern is the lack of customer service and support from this dealership. After the sale, it seems they’re unwilling to offer any solutions or assistance, which reflects poorly on their commitment to customer care. We expected a more helpful and service-oriented approach, especially when unexpected issues arise. We hope they reconsider their post-sale customer service policies to improve future experiences.

    Buyer Be Aware or Stay Far Away! I was misled into buying a new vehicle from Sunridge Mazda with various options including a service contract worth $2,500. After the sales guy Raj ***** presented the total cost of the ***** suv which included options and a service contract worth $2,100, we negotiated some discounts with $2,500 non-refundable deposit. After negotiation with a final price, Raj prepared a bill of sale but left out the service contract option ($2,500). We did not see that until after we bought the car. Later I contacted Raj and he said it was included but his sales manager said no because it was not on the final bill of sale. It's a **** because they change the offer WITHOUT telling hoping that the customer would not catch it. We didn't. It was a pure profit to the dealership.
