    April **, 2023, Nuway supplied and installed a ******, ******** ****** ********* ***** pattern, color **** **** carpet in the lower level of our home. September, 2023 we noticed a considerable skew in the carpet. Oct **, 2023 **** from Nuway comes to look at the carpet and acknowledges a definite skew in the carpet. Dec **, 2023 ***** from ****** carpets comes out to look at the carpet and write up a report. January **, 2024 Nuway gets back to us and says ****** acknowledges a skew in the carpet but will not warranty it, as they deem it is within there tolerance level for a skew. *********** of 2024 **** and **** from Nuway have come out to attempt to stretch the carpet but have noted that the carpet might not be able to be stretched to eliminate the skew and **** was going to make another attempt to talk to a Mohawk representative. June 2024 I have made several attempts to get a hold of **** at Nuway and have not heard back. June **, 2024 Contacted ******* in Sales and she was going to follow up with our complaint and issue. It is July **, 2024 and have not heard back from anyone from Nuway.

     We went out to do repairs to carpet with material that was left over and left with customer. Mr. ******************* told us that they discarded the left over material so we could not do the repair. There was a slight bowing of the pattern that the inspector said was within tolerance of a patterned carpet. They advised the inspector that they discarded the the left over carpet because they did not want seams put in the carpet to correct the pattern runoff. We were willing to do repairs, but with out the carpet left on site, we could not do. A different dyelot of carpet would make the problem even worse. The inspector also said that there walls were not perfectly straight.
