      Purchased eXcite OSA sleep apnea device July 31, 2024 from Respiratory Homecare Solutions (RSH) for $1,627.50. Within 3 weeks the device would not hold a charge and eventually stopped working. Contacted ***: they said I would have to process a return via the manufacturer directly using their app. My return attempts with eXcite OSA are below:- Aug 26: contacted support via the device app and reported the issue. "***" asked me to leave my mailing address and they would put me in a queue for replacement. She said the item is out of stock with no updates on availability. I provided my mailing address to *** so I could get in the ******** the meantime I:- Called local store where I bought it [RSH]. They said I need to reach out to the company via the chat on the app as they cannot return it for me. I expressed concern about my warranty window and they assured me that I would be covered.- I re-contacted the app support team. "*********" said he would send my concern to the Care Team and I could expect contact within ***** hrs. I did not hear back.- Sept. 11: I re-contacted the app support team and re-explained the issue. ********* said she would send my concern to the Care Team and I could expect contact within ***** hrs. I did not hear ******* the meantime; - ***** reached out and gave me the site for returns (******************************************) to fill out return request form. Every time I tried to complete the form, the link would disappear and be replaced with a general service page. - Sept. 22: I reached out via chat support and noted the return page does not work and that I would like them to return the product or be refunded. I was starting to feel like I was being scammed out of the $1,600. "*******" asked for my email and cell phone number, which I provided. She said she would escalate the issue for a response within ***** hours.- I did not hear back, then contacted eXcite OSA by email and was sent to same site. Still awaiting resolution as of Oct. 20, 2024.

      Thank you for your inquiry. Our company works with the product's manufacture of eXcite OSA, Signifier,  in regards to warranty and refunds. This matter now has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

      I tried to contact ask about the product i bought last year seems something wrong but the 2 person seems like rude and no help at all. My doctor told me that they should contacted the client after 6mos of purchase but never heard anything from this business after i bought the unit.
