STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They were hired and paid for a service they provide but never delivered.After one year calling them they don't even apologize, being very rude and unprofessional both ****** and ********** are terrible person to deal with and zero customer service.

We did do the file destruction for you and have a letter from the police confirming it was done. We ALWAY recommend the client complete a background check when the police say it is done to verify the police did what they said they were going to do. if the background check comes back not clear....then we follow up with the police to find out what went wrong at their end and get it fixed. We have sent an inquiry to the police to find out why it still shows up with RCMP. BUT when I tried to explain this to you on the phone you were incredibly rude to us and refused any kind of explanation. For this reason, you are no longer permitted to call our office. We will accept email only. ALSO when you came to us we warned you that the police can deny the application. Though it appears they 'approved' it, it does not appear that they followed through with it entirely. Our fee is due regardless of whether or not they approve the application BUT as I have repeatedly said, we'll follow up with the police to find out why the destruction did not occur exactly as stated in their letter.
