    March 16th we contacted Breeze Pest Management We contacted them about a bed bug situation They did an inspection of the house insisting on a $1,200 deposit *********** was to be performed on March 20th March 19th the owner contacted us saying his equipment was broken and he would have to reschedule for the next week Since then there has been no contact despite multiple times we have reached out they did not come at any point to do the service and will not return messages or emails

    We contact Breeze Pest management to perform a service. I contacted them on *** **** to request a quote. I received a reply from *** who indicated that they provide a heat treatment that eradicates all stages in a singe treatment. The service came with a 1 year warranty. He provide a quote of ***** to perform the service. We gave a deposit of 1/2 = **** with the balance due on the day of service. We arranged for care for our pets because they needed to be out of the home during the treatment. Our entire family was out of the house for the whole day. *** responded to my inquiries throughout the week quickly. On **** *** ** 8:30 am, he arrived at our home in a personal vehicle and met with my husband. He did say that he would arrive prior to the team. We etransfered the balance and my husband left for work leaving *** in our home. I sent him an email at 4:45pm to request a status update. I drove by the house and there were no vehicles in the driveway. I came home just shortly after 5:30 and went into the house. Nothing had been done. I have called both numbers on the website and left messages and i have sent a couple of emails.
