      ****** came into my home twice. The first time he looked and saw under my stove. He made no suggestions of cleaning on the contrary he said you are fine and have nothing. Today he came in looked under my sink cupboard and saw a pest and said idk what it is. He looked in a jar where I trapped them. Made no comment on what it is. So when I started to question him on his knowledge he became hostile. Saying it was a grain beetle( there are many types of grain beetles) which he said it wasnt earlier. He then said do a thorough clean, needless to say he has no idea that over the last week and half I have had help pulling furniture out washing floors and baseboards etc.. He was so grasping at straws he even said that catnip on the floor can attract them (but there is no pests in my livingroom) A pest he can't even identify with accurate knowledge. At one point he began gaslighting me, saying that he never said my apt was clean the last time. If my apartment needed cleaning last week I am sure my landlord or condo board would have heard about this and said something. So I would not hire this company as they are not compedent in pest identification and hire hostile and argumentive individuals. He even wanted to spray but had no idea what he was going to spray for so please be wary of this company.

      We are very sorry that you feel that way. However, we have made more than two visits into your unit. We have also sprayed your apartment for grain beetles and documented some severe sanitation concerns during the visits , we do have photographs which we did get from you permission to take, which we would be happy to post with your permission so that way if you make a review online about our business, people can have a fair and accurate amount of information on which to judge our services we do have a very good A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau so for you to smear us with this review is very unfair, especially since you do have the issue stated and you did report this to the Health Inspector who did come out and document sanitation issues as well . We believe that your review is done out of anger and we request respectfully if you could remove it as it is actually not all the facts.
