    I placed an order (#*****) on october 9th 2022 of the amount of 119.66$ When i got the confirmation order, they said they didn't have 3 air plants that I ordered so removed them from my order. So my new total would be 89.79$. Since my original order was over 100$ it was supose to be free shipping. Now with the new total I had to pay **** of shipping. (Wasn't happy with that) then we the order arrived one plant was dead and the pot was damaged so they offered a 25$ refund, which I accepted. It's been over 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting for that refund. I am also waiting for the price adjustment of the original order. (My statement of my credit card still says I was charger 119.66$. They never adjusted the price of the order. The last email I received from them is from oct. 23rd."Hi ***********************,If your next order will be under $100, there will be shipping fee automatically applied ??If you'd rather get the $25 as refund, I can process that for you though!Talk soon, ****** "And nothing since. No refund. No price adjustement from my oroginal order. No call. No email. There's nothing left on the website.

    I purchased three plants from the Fleur and *** website on October 31st. All plants showed that they were in stock. I chose the option to pick up my plants as I live in the same city as the company. My order has not been filled. I've reached out to the company through their email system, as well as on their chat screen options on the website. No one has returned my emails or requests for an answer as to what was happening with my order.There's no phone number to make direct contact with the business and when you go their ******** page, I'm not the only customer who is having issues with communication.I think this company should be providing a way for their customers to contact them directly to have our questions answered in a timely way.Plant people are good people. We care about things. This is not the way to conduct your business in selling things that people want to take care of. Really leaves a sour taste in my mouth and makes me feel I can't trust them. And I wonder if I'll ever get a refund, hear back from them or get my plants.

    Their website advertised 15 day guarantee for plants and offers easy assistance through email, chat and text. They do not reply to email or text and only replied to me on chats once. They will not honor the compensation I was promised by one of their agents, and have refused to respond to me further - though they are viewing my messages. I made my purchase September 29th 2022, received my order October 4th 2022, reported issues and concerns with my order to their text the evening of October 4th at 10:09 PM MST, received no response. Sent a chat through their website at 3:07 PM MST and received no response. Sent 2 more replies and stated I would issue a charge back from my bank and finally received a reply requesting pictures (which I provided). I was then advised that I was eligible for compensation within 15 days of my purchase as they offer warranty and a guarantee within that time. After 14 days, one plant died. I sent a chat and pictures as I was advised to do, and received no response. I sent an email and text with no response. Today I received no replies but my chats are marked as viewed. They are not responding and in turn not honoring the promised 15 day guarantee or warranty. I am requesting a full refund on the grounds that I did not receive the plant quality, customer service, contact, text/email, warranty, ****************************************************************************************************************** I therefore believe I have been ******* by this company and am left to question their legitimacy.
