    Business is dishonest and did not honour their word/warranty policy.They have submitted an additional invoice (already paid) that should not exist to a creditor. Work to be done: Fix hot water tank. Start date:Nov. 22, 2022 ?start job After a very frustrating experience he finally finished the job Dec. 19 Dec. 19, 2022 ?***** confirmed that if the work that is done on the unit does not work then any amount paid will go to the replacement of a new tank. As it turned out, the work he did was not what was needed and he had an electrician who came in for about 5-10 mins and the hot water tank was up and running. No parts were needed to be replaced. August 29, 2023 ?hot water tank was leaking from the parts that ***** changed ?I inquired about the warranty for his work ?He said he would come by ?No show Sept 6 ?I messaged again - no response ?Sept 7 said he would come by- no show April 18 ?messaged again ?He replied April 19 saying he could come the following week April 21 ?I reached out to schedule him coming in ?No response April 23 ?messaged again ?He replied saying he would send a colleague ?Colleague had the hot water tank warrantied in 2 days and everything fixed Not only did his poor workmanship almost cause a fire, he is very dishonest. Warranty work cost $515 plus tax which is $540.75.The amount we already paid was $809.03.The difference is $268.78 that is owed to **.
