    Imagine Plumbing and Appliance is not an authorized service provider or reseller of ******** product even though they advertise themselves to be that. Please note explaination of the problem in the attached corespondance. Imagine has gone to a collection agency which is affecting my credit rating. Also note the time of the collection agency contact and the follow up remainder email from Imagine. The original email from this collection agency looked like a scam but it turns out to be very real as I have found out from my banker. I would like the Imagine Plumbing invoice to be voided and the collection agency claim removed. I would also like an acknowledgement from Trail Appliances on my emails to them. I wouold also like to know if they will continue to supply Imagine with parts and support as a sub contractor and if so, if they will underwrite and warranty Imagine's work. Please note, no one from either company has made any attempt to contact me or reply to my emails. The attitude of Imagine's management staff and support is simply send me to collections and force me to pay.

    We forgave this debt in July of 2024. There was a misunderstanding with the colliction agency and they only closed the file. We spoke the agency on ********* **** 2024 and they had it removed form the *************. Mr. ***** was made aware of the mistake in September

    Good day,

    Thank you for looking into this matter. My last email to Imagine Plumbing was Sept 24th and I did not receive any communication back from them. However, It is good to know that they now have dealt with the matter and the credit agency has been notified and removed their claim against me. I will follow up with my banker to have them check this and make sure it has been removed before I would like to close this file if that is ok. Thank you so much for looking into this and your support in this matter. *** *****
