  We have used Instant Plumbing for decades. Most recently, they dealt with a sewer line issue. The plumbers were professional and courteous. They explained clearly what could be done to resolve our problem. The work was done promptly and they then took us through what they found and what we could do in the future to maintain our sewer line. Great service.

  Had Instant Plumbing last week regarding a water pressure problem. Our service man was ***************************. He was very courteous, informative and helpful. Problem wasnt what everyone had thought initially but he diagnostically went through it step by step explaining his thought process. Great result at a very reasonable price. We are very pleased with Instant Plumbing but especially ****.

  $480 to install a supplied toilet plus a $70 charge just for showing up, ridiculous. Then they were supposed to be trying to clear an obstruction in the drain for the washing machine, they lost a piece of equipment in the pipe. When they couldn't retrieve it through the pipe they said they would have to go through a tile wall. However, they refused to cover fixing any damage they did. We told them to leave. Don't use this company.

  ******, thanks for your comments. The issue surrounding that drain was in fact a difficult drain, do to it's age and how it was run. We did our best and once in while this will happen. Sorry you weren't satisfied.If you like you can also call and ask for me to discuss further.

  Extremely ************ and Over Charging If I could rate this company 0, I would. The service call was for a diagnostic of the furnace, it was supposed to be $67+gst, my senior parents were charged $404.78 and no work was done. The service man said the furnace fan needs to be replaced and would cost $2K to place and 1 week wait time! Alternatively my parents could install a new furance for $8000. We got second opinion and another company fixed it for $200 and it was only thermostat malfuncition. But the Instant Plumbing & Heating service man still charged my senior parents for total of $404.78 for taking measurements for the possible new furnace installation! No receipts or invoice is given to justify his work. We called Instant Plumbing to complain, they acknowledge that it was over charged and will refund ** and that they will send out reciept for our record. It has been 2 months, no refund, no receipt. We emailed them several times, no response. We have all the emails from their office, too bad its just empty promises.There are lots of company out there with more integrity and professionalism, you are better off with anyone of of them then this company!

  Dear ***,We are aware of this and have been unable to Etransfer as the email we have is wrong. I totally agree with you and authorized the refund when I returned from a break. I am sorry this has taken too long and if you call in with the email we can send it to we will do it right away. I have spoken with the technician as well and training has been done to ensure this won't happen again. I can assure you that this is not how we handle clients, and their concerns.
