    Overpriced services !! I was charged 500plus dollars to look in to a weekend apartment furnace issue that required a change of the thermostat, while the technician was great but the company did not review charges with me or let me know that it would be 2 times the regular rate,This is my first time with Reggin but most HVAC companies are charging more than what the doctors are paid per hour today ,I think someone should look in the *** *** pricing of these companies To clarify i kept attempting to let the tech know that it is a faulty Thermostat as we had the problem diagnosed earlier that week *** another ************ as the REGGIN Company wanted a deposit of 150 dollars even before entering the premises, unfortunately it dragged to the weekend and no charges were reviewed the Operator was very unhappy sounding and just told me she would send someone over, then i got a call from the tech who just did not want to know much and said he was very busy and to text him until he reached the apartment and then it took him less than 15 minutes to fix the problem and I am landed with a total bill of ****** overtime plus truck charges 35 dollars plus 5 dollars Fuel surcharge plus 30 dollars for the Thermostat,So to fix a 30 dollar Thermostat we are charged ****** without a hint that we would be ****** *** I have been told to review charges and i dispute these charges, awaiting reply
