    This company has very poor communications skills. One never knows what will happen next.Service follow up are poor. They did my installation of a furnace with air which took a very long time and after the summer the air worked. Always small problems with the furnace Rheem and now I switched service providers. It's just not worth it to go with a 1 man and a helper company.

    Thank you for the feed back ******. We did install your furnace and A/C during the delays of Covid yet you seemed quite happy with our service at the time. I am sorry you feel differently now. You contacted me on Friday at 5pm to tell me your furnace was having an issue yet it was still operating. I attempted to contact you on the Tuesday morning after the long weekend to no response. I drove out to your home at no charge to assess the problem even though your two year labor warranty had expired more than a year ago. After finding a part that was having an intermittent problem I discussed the issue with your wife and ordered a replacement part. I am glad that you have found a service provider that can meet your needs and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
