    I would like to thank ******* for her excellent professionalism, quick response to every email and handling of every request I sent her. She is truly the right person in the right place.

    From a renter perspective, I can honestly state that this is not a company that you want to rent from. I had the unfortunate pleasure of renting a property they managed for two years in *******. If you have an issue or a concern, it will take weeks to get responses back. And when you do receive a response, it has been almost ***** in its tonality and often doesn't address your concerns or questions. Again in my experience, they also have less than honest and transparent in their repair charges and billing. As in, you receive a repair bill from a contractor that just has a lump sum...No materials, no labour, no line items of any type. Just a simple blob of money owed, from a random contractor out of Carstairs, that doesn't have an active business number...i.e not insured, not registered. If you ask for an explanation, or detail invoice, you will receive the above mentioned ***** response.TLDR: Don't rent a property managed by this company. They are difficult to deal with and they will over charge the c*** out of you for everything.

    Unprofessional staff and management that has complete disregard for your best interests. They wont talk with you directly to resolve issues, and will not provide any clarity on contract concerns. Numerous mistakes on payments, failure to provide reports on time, unapproved service requests that are charged, and broad assumptions to further their own agenda. You would be better served to manage your own property instead of entering into any agreement with them, as there is little to no value in what they provide. As an owner, I am NOT impressed with how they conduct business, would absolutely NOT recommend them, and caution anyone that is considering their services. A less than 1-star rating is more accurate.UpdateGreenleaf decided to end the management agreement, as it appeared to be the easy way out for them, instead of answering my questions on their services. They had little to no interaction with the tenant when they decided to end things, and left that responsibly to me to inform them and deal with transitioning landlord responsibilities. They basically walked away, did nothing, and avoided me entirely. Another shining example of their brutal customer service, and lack of professionalism. Again I advise anyone that is considering them to represent or manage your property to avoid them at all costs.
