    We were contacted by Dianne ***** to rent our downtown Condo in July.Dianne was 45 minutes late for the showing with her clients. This caused ** to cancel two other showings after her. She seemed less than concerned about how unprofessional this was to have us wait for her.But after numerous stressful phone calls, we ended up renting her the condo but thought everything would work out with her. But we were now just notified by her clients, not Dianne after the lease was signed weeks ago that her clients have now pulled out of the lease 4 days before moving in. This has created great financial strain and now have the unit sitting open. We called Dianne who said she was just told by her clients that they broke the lease....Makes us think she was not that involved with her clients. She would have been the first person called not us... but again she was less than concerned again about how much stress not willing to assist us in anyway..
